Retention is hardest at the holidays, every brand wants a piece of the same inbox. For SiriusXM, we built a multi-wave CRM campaign anchored in a single idea: SiriusXM completes the holidays. Channel logos became ornaments. Subscriptions became gifts. The work spoke to two audiences in one breath thereby re-engaging existing subscribers with the moments they already love, and giving new listeners a fresh reason to start.
